One day at a time. Have a time when you have to do multiple things. Get done one at least instead of jumping from one to another. Plan to touch a single partially done work, so it gets some attention. So every day get done one and touch a partially done work, this leaves with us just 2 topics per day. One day at a time with two outcomes.
